ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a disorder that makes it hard to pay attention, sit still, and control your impulses. In kids, ADHD may look like

- Constantly moving or being “on the go”  

- Fidgeting  

- Talking excessively  

- Interrupting  

- Being forgetful   

- Losing things  

- Seeming like they are never listening  

- Having a hard time focusing in class or while doing homework

These behaviors are normal for kids under age 10 but can make it very difficult for them to learn and pay attention when caregivers and teachers need them too! Play therapy helps caregivers handle these behaviors while still letting their child be who they are.
